      高速飞行器面临严峻的外部气动热和内部设备热环境,以热防护系统和热管理系统组成的综合热管 理方案决定该类飞行器总体方案的闭合性,因此需要在飞行器初步方案设计阶段对综合热管理系统设计方案 进行快速仿真计算和可行性评估。以电子设备舱为例,采用模块化设计和一维简化方法,构建一个将飞行器热 源、传热和热控等热环境因素进行模块化封装的快速仿真平台;通过仿真算例对该平台进行验证。结果表明: 该平台可以快速实现飞行器电子设备舱综合热管理方案的模型搭建、计算与评估。
英文摘要:
      For facing severely aerodynamic and inner equipments’ heat environment, the preliminary design scheme of integrated thermal management system which determines the feasibility of aircraft design, needs to be rapidly simulated to judge its feasibility, in the aircraft design stage. The traditional 3D simulation method is time-consuming and hard to meet the needs of frequent iterations in this stage. The fast simulation platform of integrated thermal management system based on heat balance evaluation model with 1D heat transfering approximation and modularly packaging of heat source, heat transfer, thermal control and other simulation components, which can quickly form the thermal management program and take simulation, optimization or iteration. Example shows that building the simulation platform and completing calculation each only take a few hours and several minutes, so as to speed up the iteration speed of the thermal management system, and can form a better aircraft design scheme in the preliminary design stage.
