      振动是导致机载电子设备损坏的重要载荷,线路板部件是电子设备的核心部件。在配电产品的设计 阶段,需要对线路板进行动力学分析和抗振优化设计。根据某机载配电产品的方案设计,采用 MSC.Patran和 MSC.Nastran软件对产品结构进行模态分析、振动分析,得到产品的固有频率及振动响应曲线;基于模态分析, 提出不同的优化方案,并进行建模及模态分析。结果表明:通过增加线路板厚度、合理布局线路板上的元器件、 对加强筋进行翻边处理以及在较易发生变形的部位增加螺钉约束等手段,可以提高产品的耐振性。

      Vibration is an important load for the destruction of airborne electronic equipment, and circuit board components are the core components of electronic equipment. In the design stage of distribution products, it is necessary to carry out dynamic analysis and anti-vibration optimization design of circuit board. Based on the design of an airborne power distribution product, this paper used MSC software to conduct modal analysis and vibration analysis of the product structure, and obtains the natural frequency and vibration response curves of the product. Based on modal analysis, different optimization schemes are put forward. Finally, the optimization model is determined and the re-modeling analysis is carried out, which greatly reduces the vibration value and effectively improves the vibration resistance of the product.
