      军用飞机飞行安全的主要影响因素由技术因素向人为因素转变,特别针对舰载机的起降模式、飞行条件和视觉环境等特殊情景下,减少舰载机驾驶舱人为因素导致的飞行事故,对确保完成规定的飞行和作战任务,提高舰载机飞行安全水平具有重要意义。结合舰载机特点,通过对人为因素适航标准包括美军标、国标、国 军标、SAE等标准的分析,提出舰载机驾驶舱人为因素适航设计准则;根据飞机研制阶段的特点,提出基于任务的舰载机驾驶舱人为因素评估方法。该方法可为舰载机驾驶舱人为因素适航评估提供思路和方法。
英文摘要:
      The key factor of military aircraft flight safety has changing from technology reasons to human factors. Especially in the situations of carrier-based aircraft taking-off modes, flight conditions and visual environment, decreasing the flight accidents resulting from flight deck human factors has great importance to ensure the carrier-based aircraft finishing flight and fighting tasks and enhancing flight safety. The paper makes a study on human factor airworthiness regulations, US military standards, SAE standards, China standards and China military standards, and then gives the framework of human factor criterions on flight deck airworthiness design. Finally, according the development phases and characters of military aircraft, the paper gives a evaluation method of carrier-based aircraft flight deck human factors, which could provide a routine and a means for carrier-based aircraft flight deck design and verification.
