      准确地预测军事活动影响下的空域容量对于缓解军民航用空矛盾冲突具有重要意义。通过对飞机机动动作的分析,给出飞行受限区的划设方法;利用改进的遗传算法从定量的角度对军事活动影响下的空域容量 进行评估;以某机场终端区为例,对终端区容量进行仿真实验。结果表明:改进的遗传算法能够有效避免传统算法计算量指数级增长的局限性,在保证准确性的同时可以提高运算的效率。
英文摘要:
      Military activities are one of the important factors affecting the airspace capacity of the terminal area. In order to predict the airspace capacity more accurately, the restricted flight zone is proposed to represent the area affected by military activities, and the corresponding design method is given. Based on the theory of maximum flow and minimum cut, the terminal area capacity affected by military activities is calculated. This paper analyzes the characteristics and defects of traditional algorithms at home and abroad, combines the principle of genetic algorithm, and use the improved genetic algorithm to solve the bottleneck of terminal area capacity affected by military activities. This method effectively avoids the limitation of exponential increase of computation. The corresponding population generation method, encoding and decoding method, fitness calculation method and cross mutation method are designed in the algorithm. The effectiveness and feasibility of this method are proved by an example simulation.
